Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Arxigen collects through arxigen.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Arxigen Ltd is a research-led deeptech company, registered in England and Wales (company number 17518725), with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Arxigen Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. For anything about your personal information, contact us through the contact form.

What we collect

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it loads no content from third-party services. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use contact-form details only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. Security and log data are processed for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting and email provider (IONOS), and by our network and security provider (Cloudflare) where used, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it is stored

Our hosting and email are provided from data centres in the UK and the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside these areas, we rely on legally recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and our replies for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation. Rate-limit records are deleted within 24 hours.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we use personal information, for example by adding new features to this site, we will update this notice and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
